Together with our team, we held a working meeting with representatives of Nova Ukraine — a charitable foundation established in the United States that provides systematic support to Ukraine and carries out humanitarian, medical, and social initiatives.
As a result of the meeting, we agreed to begin cooperation under the LOBBY CLUB Ukraine Charitable Foundation and to focus on two priority areas.
Rehabilitation of children returned from deportation.
This project was identified as the primary area for further development. Its goal is to provide children with the comprehensive psychological, medical, and social support they need to return to a safe and full life.
Creating an electronic platform for service members.
We discussed the possibility of Nova Ukraine taking part in specific components of the project, in particular the compilation and secure storage of patients’ medical data, as well as the implementation of solutions to counter antibiotic resistance.
We also agreed to jointly prepare a needs assessment for one of the medical projects, involving relevant specialists and the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. This will help clearly define the necessary resources, priorities, and the format for further support.
In addition, we discussed opportunities for continued dialogue between Nova Ukraine’s leadership and representatives of Ukraine’s medical and scientific community, as well as our participation in the foundation’s events.
I thank the Nova Ukraine team for their openness, substantive dialogue, and readiness to join in carrying out projects that bring concrete benefit to children, service members, and Ukraine’s healthcare system.
Ahead of us lies the detailed working-out of these agreements and joint efforts toward putting them into practice.
